The principal idea for the video is show that actually there are many ways to do good actions for help the people and understand that not always that we say "I'm going to get someone to do a good thing" means that all these people has to do the same for everybody, because we have to change our mind to think that everything good that we do I for receive something better, if we do good actions is because we want to do it, not because it's mandatory for us.
